The 2-10 Warranty covers workmanship and material through year one, major mechanical systems through year two and qualified structural defects (as defined in the warranty booklet) through year ten.  The 10 year only warranty covers qualified structural defects (as defined in the warranty booklet) through year ten.  Only 2-10 HBW provides a full menu of warranty coverage and choices.
